We Belong

Collective Belonging is fundamentally a part of our interconnection. It lives within our shared experience as diverse beings coexisting together. Systems of oppression have commodified and rebranded belonging as something external, exclusive, an ideal we must strive for individually.

The truth is, it always exists between us.

Belonging from a collective rather than individual lens…

  • reorients us beyond I, towards WE

  • honors indigenous roots of interconnection

  • is transpersonal & inclusive of all beings

  • embodies wholeness and integration

  • disrupts separation and isolation

  • builds capacity for relating across differences

  • prioritizes self care while centering collective care

“You cannot change any society… unless you see yourself as belonging to it and responsible for changing it.”
